The EPISODE EA-MoIP-AMP-12D-100 is a 12-channel (6 stereo zones) IP-based distribution amplifier with native support for digital audio streaming via MoIP (Media over IP) protocol. It offers 100W RMS per channel into 8O (120W @ 4O), with bridge mode for high-power configurations. It is compatible with 24-bit/96kHz PCM signals and supports synchronous transmission over Gigabit Ethernet networks with <5 ms latency.
It integrates a multi-channel DSP for parametric equalization, individual volume control, limiting, phase delay, and selective digital routing. Management is available via IP (web interface, REST API), RS-232, and 12V trigger input. It also features auto-sensing audio, intelligent standby, and independent protections on each channel (thermal, short circuit, overload, DC offset).
The 2U rack-mount steel chassis includes an active thermally controlled ventilation system. Audio connections are provided by Euroblock/Phoenix terminals, with an RJ45 Gigabit PoE port for the MoIP module. Designed for integration into professional AV over IP systems, it provides expandability, granular control, and reliability in complex multi-zone environments.
